Head of Quality - Cheshire - £85,000

An established agile company are continuing their business growth, and are looking for a Head of Quality to provide business oversight and strategy to their site in the North West. You'll be part of a company that has delivered award winning results to the Pharmaceutical industry, and a company that is devoted to its employee's development and client satisfaction.

This position has come about due to growth within the business and so they need a Head of Quality to come on board to help develop strategy within the team and drive a positive QA culture.

You will be devising a identifying a QA strategy to help move the business forward along with developing the team.

Responsibilities:

* To ensure that all relevant personnel within the Quality Teams are constantly in place and are suitably empowered and trained to meet business requirements.

* To manage Quality Audits conducted by customers and regulatory bodies.

* Demonstrable risk managed prevention, containment and reduction of business wide quality defects causing negative commercial and financial impact.

* Develop and constantly maintain effective Technical Agreements with customers and suppliers to ensure that all parties requirements are clearly defined and delivered.

* To lead and manage the strategic and operational performance of the Quality and Commercial department, ensuring the successful delivery of business strategy, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and objectives, whilst adhering to regulatory compliance and achieving commercial success.
