I am currently recruiting for a Manufacturing Manager who has experience in a high value environment.
You will be responsible for managing the engineering staff to ensure KPI's are met as well as maintaining and improving current and new processes throughout the product lifecycle.
You will need to have the following skill and experience
*Qualified to degree level in a relevant business or technical field or have equivalent experience.
*Must have experience with high value production
*Previous experience in a leadership role
*Experience working with continuous improvement and process management
*Ability to read schematics
*Experience working with customers
*Experience with SAP system
*Experience working with LEAN manufacturing tools.
The successful candidate will need to be a forward thinking individual who has a strong attention to detail and happy to be hands on with the tasks at hand.
