Senior Test Analyst / Senior Tester / Lead QA Analyst / Birmingham / £35 - 45,000 + BenefitsOverviewA leading software company are looking for a Senior Test Analyst/Senior Tester/ Lead QA Analyst. They are looking for a new addition to their team having experienced significant investment and growth over the last 6 months.Responsibilities:

'€¢To provide leadership in the development and process of test activities.'€¢Taking principal decisions in the development of test specifications, assessment of functional requirements, evolving automation product tests and forming new test environments.'€¢Consistently demonstrate urgency and efficiency upon meeting deadlines.'€¢Driving team innovation to explore and experiment with new technologies.'€¢Identifying opportunities to work in cross - functional groups to meet objectives, following through on these to ensure work is executed efficiency within such teams.'€¢Working in conjunction with end users, project managers and other groups ensuring full test coverage.

Qualifications:

'€¢Automation and manual software testing experience.'€¢The ability to set up automated testing environments.'€¢Experience with web and non-web based application testing.'€¢Previously worked in an Agile environment.'€¢TestComplete desirable, but not essential.

The offices are commutable from: Birmingham, Solihull, Coventry, Walsall, Dudley, Sutton Coldfield, Wolverhampton, Leicester, Redditch, Leamington Spa, Cannock, Lichfield, Burton Upon Trent, Nuneaton.
