Excellent role on offer for a Project Manager looking to join a hugely successful global organisation that will offer an exciting and challenging role with ongoing development and progression.

Are you a Project Manager with Mechanical & Electrical knowledge? Do you have experience with Building Services or Facilities? Are you looking for ongoing personal development and progression?

This company has been established for over 80 years' and are one of the world's most prestigious movie studios. With over 1 million sq ft across 74 stages in the UK, Canada, USA, Malaysia and the Dominican Republic, this company has been home to some of the world's greatest Films and TV shows including; James Bond, Star Wars, Jurassic Park. Due to their continual success they require a M&E Project Manager to join their expert team.

In this role you will be responsible for managing the M&E aspects of developments and refurbishments at two studio sites. This will include site surveys, producing documentation and schedules of work, managing the mechanical and electrical contractors and more. You will be able to continual develop your technical skills to progress and build a long term career.

This role will ideally suit a Project Manager from an M&E background, who is looking to join an industry leading company who can offer ongoing development and a long term stable career.

The Role:

* Managing the M&E aspects of the development and refurbishment of two film studio sites

* Produce documentation including; schedules of work, pre-construction information and more

* Manage the portfolio of M&E contractors

* £36'500 - £38'000 + Pension + Private Healthcare + Bonus + Excellent Training & Progression

The Person:

* Mechanical & Electrical Project Manager

* Able to read technical drawings and schematics

* Experience within the Building Services and / or Facilities industries

* Must hold a recognised mechanical or electrical qualification
