Job Role: DAST Engineer
Location: London / Sheffield
Contract Length: 3 months + extension
Start Date: ASAP
Job Duties
* Install and configure AppScan DAST technology in adherence to the DAST service enterprise architecture
* Configure a reporting capability to show scan result adherence to the companies baseline requirements
* Assist early adoption teams with integrating DAST scans into their Jenkins DevOps pipelines
* Interact with business and technical contacts as necessary to setup any supporting infrastructure for the installation and configuration of AppScan DAST
* Engage with product vendors as necessary to obtain troubleshooting/integration/technical/etc. support
* Work closely with the project architect and project manager to ensure the DAST configuration meets the specifications of the architecture
Required
* 5+ years of software or security consulting
* 5+ years of AppScan DAST usage and implementation experience
* Bachelor's degree, or higher, in computer science, computer engineering, systems engineering or related discipline
* In-depth familiarity with AppScan (DAST) from an enterprise deployment perspective
* Familiarity with Jenkins and/or other build pipeline technologies
* Familiarity with the SecDevOps methodology
* Familiarity with application security best practices, standards, and frameworks
* Experience integrating automated DAST activities into SDLC process on a global scale
* Experience working in agile development practices and DevOps models
Recommended
* Security certifications (e.g. ISC2 - CISSP, CSSLP, GIAC - GWEB, GMOB, GSSP-.NET, GSSP-Java, GWAPT, ISACA - CISA, CISM, CRISC, CSX)
* Experience developing or delivering security training
