Deputy General Manager - A and E

NHS Client is looking for a Deputy General Manager to work in a busy hospital. The candidate will need experience of Operations management but also need to demonstrate they are a dooer not a talker.

The organisation requires a hands on manager to lead change and improvement especially around the A and E target. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate previous examples of improving the target but also were it has remained improved.

The role is inside of IR35 and will be an initial 3 months contract, likely to be extended to 6 months.
