Logistics Manager (3PL / Manufacturing)

£40,000 - £50,000 + Excellent Benefits

Bridgend (commutable from Cardiff, Swansea, Port Talbot, Merthyr Tyfdil, Newport)

Are you a Logistics/Operations Manager from manufacturing or 3PL background looking for a challenging but rewarding role where you will manage an ambitious warehouse transition and medium sized logistics team?

This company are a leading manufacturing company who are undergoing a period of serious growth. They have ambitious plans for expansion and will soon be transitioning their logistics into a large facility. This is a great opportunity to get on board and play a vital part in this.

This would suit someone with proven management experience looking to get into an excellent business on a high tech site.

The Role:

-Project Management of the transition into a new warehouse facility

-Set and manage KPI's using IT Systems

-Implement and maintain Health & Safety Procedures

-Management of warehouse supervisors to ensure KPI's are met

The Person:

-Operational Management experience within Logistics or Manufacturing

-Experience with SAP or similar software

-Ability to train and develop managers/supervisors
