The Role

You will be responsible for creating end-to-end solutions for key initiatives, projects and new features supporting, enhancing and promoting the process and delivery of Architecture across the organisation.

You will have full responsibility for the strategy development, management and delivery of Windows, Mac and mobile endpoint devices with supporting infrastructure (SCCM, CASPER, Microsoft InTune Mobile Device Management etc) and will proactively work to improve customer satisfaction in using our systems and services.

Educated to degree level or equivalent with significant practical experience. You will have excellent design skills and a strong track record in a similar senior role, proactively defining and delivering End User Compute Strategy, Service and Solutions in a large complex environment. Good communication and leadership skills as well as the ability to balance long-term director and necessary short-term goals are essential.
