? Define and prioritise business requirements, preparing feasibility studies, cost benefit analysis, and business process reengineering.

? Undertake analysis (SWOT, Gap, etc.) to assist in project decision making.

? Work with 3rd party suppliers to support system configuration activities, including gathering requirements from key stakeholders for configuration tasks, reviewing system specifications and ensuring signoff is achieved from SMEs.

? Create document template design/development and reporting requirements/design.

? Challenge and call out issues and potential risks relating to project and non-project situations. Understand all risks affecting the project and assist in implementing mitigating factors.

This includes proactively gathering information from a variety of sources, including through meetings at various levels within the organisation and will be expected to challenge appropriately, adding their own views whilst still presenting unbiased findings in the form of reports, process diagrams/maps etc.

The Business Analyst will be expected to manage complex and difficult negotiations between stakeholders that could potentially impact the scope of the project. Change Management experience is also desirable.

The successful candidate must be a self-starter able to work and plan independently to ensure objectives and milestones are met to time and quality.

? The candidate will possess a strong track record of working on business change projects, including the production of current/future state process maps and gap analysis between the two.

? The candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, both oral and written. Embodies a positive image to all audiences and is used to working with senior stakeholders.

? The candidate will be able to demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and the ability to analyse and present information in a variety of formats to suit the intended audience.

? Continually demonstrates skills in influencing others and have the ability to know when to challenge decisions and when to exhibit flexibility for decisions made by others.
