Mason Frank is the market leader in delivering permanent and freelance Salesforce professionals to partners and end-users across the globe. Since 2010 we have placed nearly 5,000 Salesforce professionals with our customers, and this stems from our expertise in both recruitment and the Salesforce environment.

Building on the skills you learned at university, you will undergo 8 weeks of intensive, expert-led training based in London. It will be fully funded by Mason Frank. After successfully completing this training program, you will work with one or more of our top Salesforce clients across the UK as a junior Salesforce business consultant.

Your training will take place in our London office, located close to the Thames and just a short walk away from some of London's most prestigious spots.

Salary

Once fully trained we will negotiate you the best possible salary with Salesforce clients across the UK, finding the most suitable role for you.

The Ideal Person

We are looking for ambitious graduates with a keen business mind, who are looking to get their careers off to a flying start in a focus technology

A degree in a relevant IT or Business subject (minimum 2:2)

Interest or experience in CRM or data administration is preferred but not essential

Great communication and interpersonal skills

Confidence, self-assurance and a strong analytical ability

Good decision-making skills within fast-pasted environments

A placement in a commercial environment is preferred

Flexibility in travelling to meet clients when required

Responsibilities

You will be expected to execute activities such as data mapping, object modelling, page layout design and rule logic definitions

Create business requirements documentation with process flow diagrams and use case definitions

Performing data analysis, requirements, design, and migration

Testing and validation to ensure that the Salesforce configuration meets the business requirements and solution design

Managing and maintaining client account relationships

Work in conjunction with the IT team to develop internal systems
