£17,000 - £19,000 + Bonus/Commission + Full Training + Private Healthcare + Pension + Excellent Company Benefits

Are you from a Sales background looking for a role within an industry leading company that offers great earning potential, structured training and the opportunity to progress into Field Sales Engineer positions?

This as an autonomous role where you will not be measured on volume of calls and held to strict KPIs, its much more about developing business longer term in which your handwork will be rewarded.

The company operate within a niche industry but have become industry leaders through their cutting edge solutions. They have a great reputation in the industry and are looking for an ambitious and proactive Business Development Executive to add to their team.

This role would someone from a telesales, internal sales or business development background looking for a rewarding role within a company who will invest in you.

The Role:

- Generating new business for the company through calling up on sales leads

-Researching the best business to approach to help drive the business forward in sales growth

-Building long term relationships with prospective clients and retaining existing clients through client relationships

- Full product training provided and progression made available throughout areas of the business

The Person:

- Previous experience in a similar Sales roles is essential

-Ideal candidates will have experience within a technical or engineering background but this is not essential

- Looking for a rewarding role with opportunities to progress
