I am currently recruiting for a Business Analyst/Business Process Analyst to join a FTSE250 client of mine in Birmingham on a permanent basis. You will ideally have good stakeholder management skills and be able to construct business process models. You will also be able to understand how solutioning fits into the wider business practice or express an interest to understand this so you can benefit from the architects experience. Requirements gathering and process mapping will again also be key. This is a great opportunity for a BA who is looking to step into architecture.
