My client, an energy trading company based in Sunbury, requires an Architect Designer
Architect Designer Role Accountabilities: Creation of site specific Security Monitoring network
design (in accordance with design principals).
Qualification: Network, Architect Design, Process Control Network, Firewall Experience. Cisco
certification, Routing & Switching , CCNP and CCNA, Strong TCP/IP, OSI and Purdue Reference
Model concepts; Large-scale Design, Security, Data Centre, Servers, and Virtualization.
Experience in Oil & Gas Process Control Domain, particularly in specification, design, build. Good understanding of Industrial Control Systems (ICS) functionality and network connectivity; Hands-on experience with routers, switches, and firewalls. Good customer service skills.
Project Element and Responsibility Details
Low Level Design (LLD) (attached sample provided, final LLDs can be shared)
Participate in Site Engagement call to gather inputs to technical questionnaire
Request & gather physical & local Network Diagrams
Request physical details of cabinets, rack locations, buildings, power, etc.
Draft LLD
Review Draft LLD with site
Update & Issue LLD for internal review and sign off
Conduct LLD Peer Review
Site Implementation Plan (SIP) (attached sample provided, final LLDs can be shared)
Draft and complete SIP
Provide FWRC input
Conduct SIP Peer Review
Deployment
In conjunction with sites, provide technical support during implementation.
Support moving sites from Profiling to Live Capture.
Provide deployment lessons learned.
Post Deployments
Ensure that LLD design and drawing is up to date with all site details, drawings, and site specific information
Post all FWRC forms, LLDs, SIPs and any related documentation.
Troubleshoot any site issues relating to the LLD/SIP and implementation.
Remote Deployment
Remote deployment approach.
Provide technical support to assist with deployments to sites.
Project Updates
Provide updates on site status weekly.
Raise issues/risks
Participate on weekly meetings as required.
