Senior Site Manager - Schools

Salary: £60 000 - £70 000

There is an opportunity to join a large main contractor to oversee a £5 million new build school just outside of Reading. My client are a well established, international business with a growing regional presence in the Thames Valley area. Grossing over £3 billion worldwide and employing over 65 000 people, they are a large organisation who still possess a reputation for their low staff turnover.

Looking for a senior site manager, the successful candidate must have managed sites within the education sector up to £5 million as a minimum requirement and have a valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid Certificate. My client prefer to select candidates who have shown loyalty to their previous employer, have a solid employment history and have a strong track record when it comes to completing site on time, to the highest standard.
