Bolton

£35,000 - £45,000 + 5% Pension + 33 Days Holiday + Bonus

Going from strength to strength, they are now recruiting a Manufacturing Engineer to join their highly skilled and motivated team.

In this role you will be responsible for evaluating and developing the manufacturing processes on site. You will be tasked with improving the manufacturing efficiency, developing workflow and shopfloor layout and developing a culture of continuous improvement across the company.

THE ROLE:

*Developing the manufacturing processes across the site

*Creating and fostering a culture of continuous improvements

*Developing workflow plans and the shopfloor layout

*Working closely with customers and suppliers

THE PERSON:

*Prior experience a production/manufacturing/process role

*An understanding of continuous improvement techniques and tools

*Holding a relevant engineering qualification

*Ideally an understanding of fabrication or machining processes
