Senior Quantity Surveyor

Package: up to £55,000 + Car Allowance + package

Location: Greater Manchester

A great new role for senior QS on a medium sized new housing project in Manchester. This is an exciting new role that has arisen due to company expansion following continual success. The company has a bright future ahead and this is a great opportunity to be one of the integral components of this expanding contractor.

Role

Reporting directly to the Senior Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the new project that transpires. There are approximately 30+ new build houses that will be produced; this project provides longevity in a reputable brand with strong growth.

Key Requirements:

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will:

* Have at least 5 years' experience in the UK

* Experience as a #1 QS on site

* JCT contract experience

* Strong communication and negotiation skills.

* Previous experience in housing new build is desirable.

Remuneration:

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor has the opportunity to earn:

* Salary £45,000 - 55,000+ DOE
