Oracle HCM & Finance Business Development Manager £55k + OTE

I am actively seeking an experienced Business Development Manager who has a background in both HCM and ERP Sales in a field based capacity dealing with SME and Mid-Market organisations to join an exciting ERP Partner who are looking to expand their field based team after a steady period of exciting growth. They seek someone who is an expert in their field with a solid understanding of Financial and Accounting solutions and the ability to assist customers in deciding the right path for their business.

You will have an outstanding track record in sales with demonstrable evidence of overachievement against targets. Alongside this you will be ambitious and looking for an opportunity to move forward in your career and join a winning team. You will have wide ranging knowledge of the Financial Software landscape, with previous experience working in this specific market. Your target market will be across Ireland but will be predominantly focused on the Midlands.

In return, you will be joining a very exciting software Partner at a period of growth with the trajectory anticipated to remain forwards. As they grow, so will the size and availability of potential opportunities. Last year's equivalent Sales Team earned an average of £90k at the end of the year, with base salaries of £50k. It is anticipated that the average earnings will be even higher this year. On top of this, there is an industry leading benefits and perks package which is to be envied. Required Skills and Experience:

* Oracle HCM Sales experience & good knowledge of Oracle network

* Successful Sales experience within Oracle Channel with demonstrable success

* Used to managing multiple workloads and planning schedule.

* Very business-oriented and knowledgeable of the Finance market.

* Full, clean, UK license.
