Senior Software Engineer (C#.NET or VB.NET)

£35,000 - £45,000 + benefits

Senior Software Engineer (C#.NET or VB.NET) is needed by a well-known business with newly refurbished offices (and an on-site bar) in the centre of Gloucester. As Senior Software Engineer you will be working as part of a growing development team for one of the fastest growing and most successful FinTech companies in the UK!

This is a chance for you to join a business who are teetering on the edge of massive growth thanks to the recent success of their unique product. As the team grows throughout 2018 you will have the chance to begin mentoring more junior C#.NET Engineers.

You will have…

* Commercial experience as a .NET Software Engineer with good knowledge on object oriented design.

* Good SOLID principles would be highly beneficial

* Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript

* Very strong C#.NET or VB.NET (MVC preferred) experience

* Demonstrable hands-on experience in SQL Script, RESTful WebAPIs or WCF, Entity Framework

* Test Driven Development Experience

* Build servers/build scripts/CI

* The ability to work with MS-Azure or Cloud based systems.
