Training Manager - Oracle EBS

We are looking for a Training Manager (Oracle EBS) for a prestigious retailer based in London.

The ideal Training Manager will have experience of training on financial systems (preferably Oracle Financial). There is also another workstream evolving under GDPR so any experience of this legislation could be an asset in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

* To develop training course material, including presentations, workbooks, demos and tests.

* To develop how-to-guides and standard operating procedures for end-users (e.g. how to navigate Workday Learning).

* To deliver training courses in both formal (e.g. classroom) and informal (e.g. "drop-in" sessions) settings to business teams.

Experience and Technical skills:

* Significant experience in developing training materials and training users

* Confident presenter & trainer, excellent communications skills

* Ability to learn systems quickly and translate them into layman's terms

* Previous experience of working with a cloud based Learning solution is desirable

* Experience of creating e-learning and other documentation including videos and podcasts is desirable
