As the Delivery Manager is a significant leadership role within the Information Technology department that carries delivery responsibility and accountability for the Big Data, Analytics, and Machine Learning projects in this space.

Please note this is not a technical hands position and will be much more focussed on the delivery aspects of the role.

Your qualities as a delivery leader and demonstrable track record in project delivery will support you in transitioning this part of the organisation to the next level of maturity as a best in class service provider, driving quality and value throughout the delivery chain and software development lifecycle.

Essential Skills:

*IT Delivery - proven track record on development projects

*Experience of managing offshore resources - SCRUM Master teams, removing road blocks, ensuring quality of delivery

*Agile approach

*Large complex projects experience

*Understanding of: Big data, marketing, Analytics in terms of being able to speak confidently with key Stakeholders and offshore teams - my client is not looking for an expert in any of these
