Whilst Client confidentiality prohibits us sharing detailed information about current projects we can say that we are or have been engaged on projects for many of the industry’s largest and most prestigious Global Investment Banks.

E-Trading covers trade capture channels (single dealer platform, client API, multi dealer platforms, internal sales), pricing, liquidity & risk management, credit and post trade services across FX, Rates, Credit and Equity products.

                                                                                                                                                                                                         BA is required to work within the Transformation delivery team to help deliver new digitalisation initiatives. This includes working with Sales and Trading users to capture and define requirements via user stories, run product design workshops and facilitate project delivery.

                                                                                                                                                                                                         Partner with IT and other logistics functions to successfully deliver initiatives by producing test driven user stories based on Product Owner prioritisation and engaging in the full project delivery lifecycle including functional testing.

Key domain knowledge

Foreign Exchange, Fixed Income, Interest Rate Derivatives

-Strong technology background

-Experience working with Trading, Sales and end users to deliver low latency trading solutions

-Strong communication (oral and written), excellent presentation and interpersonal skills

-Previous experience driving and delivering initiatives unsupervised involving multiple stakeholders

-Candidate must be extremely driven with a strong desire to deliver results despite challenges and constraints

-Strong analytical skills, logical analysis and conceptual thinking

-Ability to build and manage productive working relationships across the organisation

-Able to prioritise and work effectively in a rapidly changing environment with the ability to proactively anticipate, identify, prevent and resolve problems.
