The role itself will involve general administration duties, taking calls from clients and customers for general customer service Enquires and supporting the engineering team. You will be required to problem solve queries whilst offering the highest level of customer service

The Role:

*General administration & customer service duties in a busy engineering environment

*Full training and development to gain qualifications, skills and experience

The Person:

*Highly motivated, passionate, a great communicator and an ability able to stay calm under pressure

*Able to multi-task and juggle multiple tasks whilst giving the highest level of customer service and with an exceptional phone manner

*Computer literate a team player

*Highly organised Friendly personality, personable
