Established for over 20 years, we have been providing top quality maintenance and support in central London.
An opportunity has now arisen for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their team.
.Experience required:
-Minimum 2 years network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, Routers, Switches etc)
-Minimum 2 years Microsoft Server administration (Active Directory)
-Administration and diagnostic skills on Microsoft Exchange Server
--Remote diagnostics and troubleshooting skills.
-Wireless networking
-Knowledge of IT Security
This is a demanding but rewarding role for a self-starter with solid 2nd line experience ready to take their next step in IT support. The successful candidate will benefit from ongoing training and the possibility of career progression.
As a customer facing Support Engineer, you must have strong communication skills and the ability to prioritise your workload.
