Hirehop is a small but extremely fast growing cloud based Rental Management Software Company
We are looking for enthusiastic, hard working and motivated individuals who can think on their feet within our support department. Full training will be provided on our product.
The role involves helping existing customers import data, onboarding and dealing with day to day issues or queries. You will also have the opportunity to host online product demonstrations to prospective clients, taking them through the full functionality of our product.
Essential requirements:
- Strong PC Proficiency
- Microsoft Excel
- HTML (intermediate)
- Customer Service skills
- Excellent verbal communication
- Software Support / Help Desk experience
- UK Driving Licence
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000, commensurate with skill-set and experience.
