Are you working within ICT and seeking a new challenge?

Herefordshire Housing is recruiting! We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Service Desk Analyst / Support Analyst (2nd Line) to join our team across Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Gloucestershire and Shropshire.

You will be responsible for the support of a range of mission critical business applications and their underpinning network infrastructure.

Are you a:

-Proactive problem solver

-Methodical thinker and

-Motivator

Do you have:

-Call handling experience on an ICT Service Desk

-1st and 2nd line experience

-Full driving license and access to a vehicle

-Desire and enthusiasm to achieve

-Exceptional customer service, to communicate at all levels and

-Advance experience with active directory and Group Policy

-Experience of SCCM, VMware, MDM (Microsoft) and DFS

-Knowledge of Outlook and Office 365 including volume licence.
