Limit the impact of cyber attacks.

This is your chance to be on the front line of protecting GCHQ and government assets from foreign intelligence services and emerging cyber threat actors. Join our team of cyber security, incident and threat specialists, and you will triage and manage all intrusions, threats and incidents, ensuring that government assets are available and protected.

As an Incident Manager, you will respond to suspected or actual computer security incidents. We’ll look to you to identify if an incident has occurred, assess the impact and manage virtual teams to ensure all available resources are used to limit the impact of the incident.

You’ll come to us with a keen interest in the latest technology, particularly security technologies, together with a wide awareness of cyber security across government and industry. Familiar with our customers’ needs and the delivery of bespoke services, you will have good communication skills with the ability to collaborate in a team environment. Above all, you’ll be keen to develop personally and help others to do the same.
