They are looking for a number of Business Analysts to document specifications of software changes including turning a customers bespoke requirements into a detailed specification which can then be coded by a team of software developers. You need to have a structured approach to requirement gathering and have the ability to turn requirements into functional specifications. You need to have proven Business Analysis experience working with Software.
