Key responsibilities:
· Manage the pricing enquiry element of the project following receipt of a full and complete brief - providing the price and supplier choice to take forward. · Liaise with your Clients and Premiums Suppliers over any amendments to the brief which affect the pricing before PO is raised or a production prototype is approved. · Take client briefs - by validating them, giving proactive feedback, and what is technical possible/not from a production perspective - giving solution options as appropriate. · Give Internal Clients general Premiums advice and estimates about production timings, methods and pricing considerations · Assist other Client facing staff with concepts, ideas and samples for possible project enquiries when appropriate. · Maintain a library of samples and prototypes for future reference and concept support, whether physical or digital · Assist Internal clients adhere to the key terms of the client’s contract and SLA e.g. pricing, turnaround times etc - by ensuring prompt and expedient communications. · Be compliant with all relevant standards prevailing upon the products customers require ISO, Quality, Health & Safety standards as applicable to the materials sourced. · Create, follow and update operational and project reports covering areas such as: Operational Status, Job Tracking, Job Critical Path in line with the Premiums SOP · Manage the administration process as required by the Premiums SOP, ensuring data integrity
Skills, Aptitudes & Experience Required:
· Purchasing experiences in buying products, known as promotional items, give-aways, freebies, or merchandising, premiums are in hot demand.. · Education to degree level and fluency in English. · An obsession for deadlines and accuracy in supply detail with organizational skills and a hands-on attitude to production quality and cost control. · Demonstrable, accurate and impressive skills in supply software and processes. · An understanding of our key manufacturing processes. · Have Can do attitude.
