I'm looking for a successful Recruitment Consultant desiring to move into in a Team Leader capacity or an established successful consultant who wants to move into a senior consultant role with mentoring responsibilities.
We have an established team with experienced and junior consultants and are looking to grow our office next year and drive a culture of progression, business development and outstanding client service.
We would ideally like a contract consultant however we are also looking for a perm consultants, who has a successful track record of billing, strong stakeholder management, ability to acquire new business and developer existing and lapsed clients, wanting to move into a mentoring / lead capacity.
Responsibilities
*Mentoring and leading/ hiring junior team members
*Acquiring New business
*Developing existing client relationships
*Re-Engaging and developing lapsed client relationships
*Ability to lead from the front
*Excellent business development skills
*Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills
*Ability to support present to clients
