Scrum Master required for a leading FTSE 100 energy company on an initial 6 month contract based in Middlesex. The Scrum Master must be Scrum Master certified. The successful candidate must have proven experience of facilitating end to end delivery using Agile Scrum/Kanban.

The role

We are looking for an extensively experienced Agile Scrum Master to help us use Kanban and Scrum, resolve blockers, and facilitate the delivery and support teams with their self-organization. We will be delivering a mix of products and solutions and some small development solutions.

Role responsibilities

** Understand, appreciate, and advocate adaptation of the Agile Manifesto, the Scrum framework, and Kanban.

** Demonstrate strong motivational and influencing skills.

** Facilitate adaptation of Kanban for urgent/high demand CTU activities

** Facilitate the team to turn the product backlog into working functionality

Essential Skills

** Scrum Master Certified

** Proven experience of facilitating end to end delivery using Agile Scrum/Kanban.

** Track record of working with senior level stakeholders.

** Experience of using Microsoft TFS/VSTS.

** Advanced communication and collaborative skills.

** Fundamental understanding of adaptive, iterative, and incremental development, backlog management, agile planning, agile metrics, velocity, Kanban and Scrum roles and events, combined with a strong understanding of the software development process and procedures.

** Proven experience of removing blockers and helping the team to self-organise.

Desirable

** Good understanding of Cyber Security, Counter Threat and Enterprise Protection.
