Junior Developer, Software Engineer, C#, Oxford, £32kAre you a motivated, enthusiastic Junior Developer / Software Engineer? We're seeking a Junior Developer / Software Engineer to come on board and join our growing team. Working under the guidance of Senior Developers, the aim will be for an aspirational Junior Developer / Software Engineer to get up to speed as quick as possible and begin to contribute beautiful code to live, commercial projects.If you're a motivated Junior Developer / Software Engineer that wants the best teaching and practical experience then apply for this role. The RoleBased in Oxford, the ideal Junior Developer / Software Engineer will come on board and join our friendly, supportive team. The role involves creating high-quality code as soon as you're ready as well as working with the latest technology and techniques. You'll gain extensive training and direction both in-house and external training courses. The key is that the Junior Developer / Software Engineer needs to be keen to progress and learn! If you have raw ability and are looking to learn then this is perfect. My client also gives you exposure to big company development with high standards, rigorous code reviews and structure! What will I do? Cut code in C#, ASP.NET as soon as you're ready. If you've got more prior experience then you'll be fast-tracked to coding quickly. We've room for all skill levels here.... Eventually, you'll be in a position where you'll be handling development projects within a small team, taking responsibility for your C# code and working amongst like-minded developers. There is a clear career path from Junior Developer all the way to Senior Developer!Who will I work with?You'll be joining a diverse environment that is welcoming to new-comers! You'll also work with some strong developers in an agile environment who will be happy to show you the ropes within C#, ASP.NET and MVC and see if they can improve your skills.
