Job Title: Telecoms Provisioning & Support Specialist
Location: Manchester (Salford / Prestwich / Cheetham Hill area)
Benefits: Salary c£21,000 + 35 day holiday per year (incuding Bank Holidays)
Essential experience: WLR3 / Telecoms Co-ordination / broadband
Our client is a specialist Telecoms and IT industry success story. They are dynamic, growing, and provide specialist business to business Telecommunications, VoIP, Mobile Communication and IT solutions. There is now a requirement for an experienced Telecoms Provisioning & Support Specialist who has expereince in WLR3 to join their team based in their Salford office.
Objectives
As a Telecoms Provisioning & Support Specialist, it would be your responsibility to ensure customers
receive the highest level of service as expected from the company.
Customers will contact the company by phone, email and in writing to query many things including
but not limited to;
*Provisioning of a wide range of services
*Upselling current packages
*Retentions
*Phone Line, Broadband and Hosted Telephony Faults
*Technical support for a range of products and services
*Liaising with suppliers
Knowledge, Skills, Experience:
To be considered for this role, you must:
*Have previous experience within the telecommunications industry, ideally WLR3 & CPS.
*Experience of other industry supplier portals would be an advantage
*Be computer literate, and have good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
*Have good time management skills, with the ability to prioritise workload.
*Be able to work on own initiative and also part of a team.

*The ability to demonstrate excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills, be an effective
communicator across all levels of the organization.
*Good strategic planning skills.
*Must be motivated and driven to succeed.
*Good numeracy skills.
*A good technical understanding.
