Are you a Maintenance Manager looking for a new challenging role where you will lead the maintenance programme for a world leading manufacturer?

Here is a great opportunity for a Maintenance Manager who would thrive in a highly autonomous role where they can implement their own changes and lead a team of engineers. The successful candidate must have experience implementing and driving TPM's.

The company themselves are world leaders in the manufacturing and supply of a wide range of plastic based products. Due to plans to bring in TPM's, are looking for a Maintenance Manager who can lead them to world class standards.

In this role you will plan, implement and drive TPM's along with leading your own team of engineers. The role is straight days Monday to Friday and comes complete with a bonus, private health care and pension package.

*Reporting to the Engineering Manager with 25 Engineers

*Days Shift Monday to Friday

The Person:

*Maintenance Manager from a Manufacturing/FMCG background

*Experience in implementing and driving TPM's

*Man-management experience

*Multi-skilled hands on background
