IFS Application Support - £45K - Manchester

My client are recruiting for an experienced IFS support analyst. They are currently the leading manufacturer within their market and dominate global sales providing up to 80% of worldwide supply. In all seriousness its likely that you come into contact on a daily basis with something that has involved one of their products. They require an experienced IFS professional to act as internal specialist during their implementation.

The project is currently at the stage of mapping their processes for the consultants and they have an extensive amount of analysis, mapping and customisation work to be done before and after go-live!

With 2 manufacturng plants and multiple distribution centres in major ports globally this is truly a global roll out with over 600 licences. A system that will require meticulous customisation and refinement once up and running so experience with the solution and a deep understanding of its functionality are pivotal. The below are the desirable skills for this position;

* Core understanding of the IFS Apps 8 or 9 ERP system and Oracle/SQL, exposure to all modules preferable

* Providing 1st and 2nd line support to IFS users

* Exceptional troubleshooting skills and ability to communicate effectively
