Projects Team Manager (Engineering): Liverpool - Up to £55,000 + Benefits
A Global Name In Engineered Solutions are looking to recruit a Projects Team Manager on a permanent basis, owing to succession planning within the organisation.
Based at their large Engineering & Manufacturing Site just outside of Liverpool, Merseyside, you, as Projects Team Manager, will have full responsibility for the successful delivery of all customer orders within your Project Team.
Main Duties Of Projects Team Manager:
* Managing your Project Team to ensure successful on time delivery of customer orders and to ensure customer satisfaction
* Ensuring your Project Team controls costs through the complete lifecycle of the project with full respect of KPI's and compliance reporting requirements.
* Ensuring invoicing and revenue recognition processes are managed and project compliance is reported.
* Maintain Project Team loading plan and effectively manage team resource. Lead recruitment activities as required to meet the needs of the Project Team.
* Managing individual projects as required
Requirements for Projects Team Manager Role:
* Degree level in an engineering or project management discipline
* Previous experience of successfully managing a project team
* Previous experience of delivering a variety of different project types including major projects
* Managing direct reports
* Managing major projects of different types
* Working across cultural boundaries
For the successful Projects Team Manager, a salary up to £55,000 is on offer and this Projects Team Manager role is commutable from Preston, Manchester, Warrington, Wigan and Liverpool.
