Exceptions Analyst/Data Analyst - Energy

My expanding Energy client is looking for an experienced Analyst to step into an Exceptions role, focusing particularly around gap analysis and improving processes around the customer journey. You will need strong UK Energy industry knowledge, and an understanding around industry processes.

Exceptions Analyst/Data Analyst - Energy: Responsibilities

* Complete gas analysis of existing processes and make suggestions for improvements

* Exception management of data around the customer journey (metering, registration, billing etc)

* Reporting on relevant data to determine cause of exceptions

* Working closely with internal teams and external parties to achieve high performance standards

Exceptions Analyst/Data Analyst - Energy: Key Skills

* Strong understanding of the Energy industry

* Experience relating to Billing/Metering within Energy

* Understanding of Energy data flows

* Analytical mind

* Competent using CRM/IT systems

Salary: £18,000 - £24,000

Location: Lancashire

Permanent role - start ASAP
