Software Trainer (Finance & Accounting)

My client is seeking a Seasoned Training Consultant to deliver training and consulting services across a range of Accounting and Tax/ Finance systems. Please note this a field based role, based between working from home and on customer sites.

Core Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:

* Deliver training programmes either face-to-face or using remote tools

* Maintain personal knowledge levels of all key changes in the accounting industry

* Take responsibility for managing outstanding client issues raised during the course of training and consulting services.

* Undertake required hours of work as required and which are consistent with the general level of responsibility of this job.

* Work with sales and product management to ensure client's expectations are fully met.

* Maintain administrative records on a timely basis in-line with company policy.

* Provide clear written documentation and follow instructions to clients.

* Participate in providing feedback to the Professional Services team of improvements to client engagement

Essential Skills:

* High level of training experience in a customer facing environment, preferably on computer software or significant experience of implementing or using computerised software packages in the accountancy market

* Good presentation skills

Desired Skills:

* Qualified/part-qualified accountant or tax specialist

* Good skills using Microsoft Office
