Business Architect

Contract duration: 6 Months

Day Rate: £550 - £650

Company

Business Architect required to join a large high-profile Customer Service Transformation Programme within a market leading provider.

Role

As legislation is introduced across the industry; our client must continue to develop their current; and new markets to ensure they remain competitive and agile in approach. Key to this is how they engage and provide services to their customers in the future.

Work has started to review core business processes; core systems likely to be effected, self-service options, how and why do their customers contact them and how they are viewed externally compared to their competition.

As a practitioner of business architecture your role will be to:

*liaise with senior stakeholders & directors, input into the creation of the programme definition documentation, develop the business case and capture the high level current & future business capability requirements;

*work alongside technical architecture teams to support the development of technical definition documents;

*lead and support the writing of high quality tender documentation to go out to potential implementation partners; and

*input into the tender process phase of the programme, whilst guiding and coaching other members of the programme team.

About You

-Customer Service Transformation Programme experience;

-Utilities or professional services, experience beneficial;

-excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to present concepts, ideas, and change effectively and persuasively to management; and

-background in working across multiple business functions including 3rd parties and or vendors;

-large scale business change implementation experience;

-ability to lead, guide and support team members within a large programme;

-business benefits management experience of a Customer Service Transformation Programme; and

-tender documentation creation & engagement with SI's.
