Position: Corporate Finance Partner

Location: Manchester

Salary: 80000 - 100000 per annum

Job type: Permanent

Client is one of the larger firms of chartered accountants in Manchester. We are looking to recruit for an ambitious CF Director / Salaried partner ASAP. We have worked really hard over the last 3 years to build the UHY reputation in the North West CF arena and have some good pipeline unfortunately our current CF Director (soon to be made Partner) left at Christmas to set up a boutique on his own

Ideally we are looking for someone with SME CF experience perhaps a senior manager frustrated with the lack of progression in a current role or similarly a Director who cant get the next move to Partner. As you may know we typically look to promote quickly for good people therefore I would see this as a 2-3 year journey to equity partnership for the right candidate.

Experience leading corporate finance disposals from start to finish

Acquisition and fund raising experience

A strong professional network ambition to be part of a growing team

Looking for equity partnership in the medium term

A track record of delivering deal

What we need:

A candidate who has come from an SME Market who has the experience to be all rounded person and comes with this experience.

We are looking for candidates who have worked within corporate finance before and dealt with transactions between 1million- 20million.

Remuneration and benefits:

Salary in line with current market rates

Standard hours of work are from 9:00am to 5:30pm with one hour for lunch (37.5hrs/wk)

24 days holiday plus standard bank and public holidays
