Leading travel eCommerce is seeking a hands-on Lead Test QA to lead quality practises within the team, ensuring that a good balance between rapid release cycles and driving quality is maintained. You will be responsible for carrying out and overseeing automated functional testing, performance and load testing across the company.

As a Lead Test QA you will work towards stronger Agile practises and improve the overall software quality by helping to define user stories and acceptance criteria and by helping to drive effective release management. This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your Lead Test QA as you will face a number of technical challenges, allowing you to develop your knowledge further.

Requirements:

*Experience managing / leading a QA team

*Strong Automation and Manual testing experience using Java and Selenium

*Knowledge of Kanban

*Experience working within an Agile environment

*Knowledge of SQL

*Excellent communication and people management skills
