Support Engineer. 25K, London
A housing organisation based in Central London are looking to hire a Technical Specialist / Support Engineer to join their team.
As a Technical specialist, you will provide 1st/2nd line support to user base of up to 150 people on site and remotely assisting with regular maintenance and support and helping them keep abreast of the latest technology.
We would ideally be looking for someone who can demonstrate the following;
- Recent experience working in a similar role as an IT professional, ideally in 1st/2nd line support.
- Excellent communication skills
- An aptitude for picking up new technologies
Your technical experience will include a combination of some of the below;
- Windows 10
- Office 365
- Windows Server 2012r2
- Basic networking, familiar with Lan/Wan
- Active Directory
