We are Currently Recruiting for our Global Consulting Client for their Banking project.
Mandatory/Primary Skillset
? Strong hands on experience on Netapp storage Systems.
? Managing CIFS and NFS Shares on NAS (share creation, resizing, deletion etc).
? LUN/META LUN creation and mapping the LUNS to hosts.
? Allocating SAN space to Linux/Unix and Windows boxes.
? Checking Backup job failures and restarting the failed jobs.
? Configuring and managing SAN Zones, Lun Masking etc.
? Manage and troubleshoot SAN performance and deep knowledge on SAN switches.
? Configure, Setup, administer and troubleshoot Snap Restore.
? Configure, Administer and troubleshoot Asynchronous/Synchronous Snapmirror, Snap Vault and deduplication.
? Configure, administer, and troubleshoot Metro Cluster, Monitor and manage Protection Manager.
? Experience in Performance Analysis and Tuning of storage subsystems is mandatory.
? Work with architecture and build/deployment teams to review and coordinate implementation activities.
? Operate hardware/software for the Backup and Recovery infrastructure.
? Working knowledge of Linux and MS Windows OS.
? Thorough knowledge of Data Ontap and Cluster mode versions.
? Designing & implementation - NetApp filers.
? Perform system directed restores of data.
? Snapmirror and disaster recovery process.
? Implementation and administration of NetApp OCI.
? Implementation and administration of NetApp Unified Manager.
? Administration of Cisco MDS switches
Desirable Skill Set
Have working knowledge of Unix/Linux environments and be familiar with day to day operations of servers.
Demonstrated working proficiency in SAN fabric management (ISLs, utilization, zoning, masking, etc).
Knowledge on UCS and VMWare technologies. Knowledge on backup and recovery technologies.
Knowledge on Network technologies Experience on Storage implementation and migration.
Experience on Storage transition projects.
