HEFCW’s ICT services are solely insourced and we are seeking a Senior Technical Services Manager to join our small, established team. This is a varied role where you would take lead responsibility of ICT systems, from planning to implementation and maintenance. You will need to be service and customer focused in order to support the team to deliver an efficient and effective service to HEFCW staff and to external stakeholders.

You will have an attitude that puts information security at the forefront of your mind in everything you do.

Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in an ICT related subject, you will likely have additional technical qualifications with experience in an ICT role.

You will be a team player, who is able to develop and maintain good working relationships with HEFCW colleagues and external stakeholders.

The ability to work on your own initiative, prioritise tasks effectively, and set a balance between various competing requirements is essential.
