Manufacturing ERP/MES New Business Development Manager £45k + OTE

A leading ERP/MES Software Solution provider is currently seeking an experienced New Business Development Manager to work with Clients across the Midlands - and the UK as a whole. This position has been opened up through recent business growth and my client are able to offer exciting new business direction which will mean this will not be the only piece of their UK-Wide expansion plan.

Your experience will be in Manufacturing ERP Software Sales at a leading ERP Partner/Vendor or similar SaaS Software. There is an Account Management side of the role with regards to support and maintenance but you will be backed by a winning Customer Success Team. The crux of the role is about New Business Development. There is ample opportunity to attack a new market as my client has recently unveiled several exciting new products and add-ons which make their key software even more easily accessible.

You will be targeted at £300k in year 1, with average deals between £60-80k alongside occasional larger ~£150k+ deals possible and achievable - as evidenced by the current Sales Team. This is a predominantly field based sales position, but you will be expected to regularly visit the West Midlands office when not on the road. It is expected that you will be used to closing deals of this calibre and maintain a desire to continue your personal development - as career opportunities are truly taken seriously here.

The successful candidate will have:

* New Business Development experience at a Manufacturing focussed Software business.

* Experience working with Manufacturing-focussed ERP solutions a huge benefit.

* Ability to travel across the UK - Car allowance provided.

* History of closing deals and target achievement.

* Experience in building rapport with all levels of management.
