Role: Operations ManagerBased in Central London, with excellent access to the tube and over ground routes.My client is a rapidly growing and now one of the leading specialists in the lighting industry, they design and manufacture a range of wide range of products for high end clients around the UK.They are now looking for an Operations & Supply Manager to take their manufacturing to the next level, you will play a fundamental part in growing this organisation and optimising their processes. We are looking for someone with a strong background in Production and Supply chain, who has an understanding of products such as; Lighting, LEDs, Controls, Sensors, Drivers or something similar.

'€¢Contribute and implement strategy across the production unit'€¢Manage and set up manufacturing processes'€¢Manage and build a small team of production and assembly engineers'€¢Lead continuous improvement initiatives in order to improve operations'€¢Implement new process improvements/LEAN methodologies'€¢Manage the production schedules/plans'€¢Maintain and select supplier & vendor relationships'€¢Analyse stock levels, materials in order to achieve production levels'€¢Understanding of Electrical/Electronic products; Lighting, LED, Controls, Sensors, Drives
