IT Support Analyst (2nd Line) - Edinburgh - 3 Months +

An opportunity for an IT Support Analyst with exposure to 2nd line support duties both in helpdesk and desktop environments has arisen with a leading Scottish brand. With an importance on project work within the business, they are looking to provide support relief whilst also picking up additional project duties.

The role is fantastic for someone with extensive 1st - 2nd support experience. The required tech skills for the role are as follows:

- Windows 7 to 10

- Server 2008/2012

- Virtualisation (Hyper-V/VMWare)

- Exchange

- SCCM/SCOM (deployment)

- Networking skills
