12 Month Fixed Term Contract

£18,000 - £22,000 + Benefits

Monday - Friday (Days) 39hrs per week

Are you an Administrator / Receptionist with prior administration experience looking for an immediately available, long term, days based 1 year fixed term contract role?

This well-established company now boast a turnover of over £2bn and support a large number of jobs nationwide. Due to the winning of several new contracts and in line with continued growth plans; this market leader in the heavy industry is looking for an ambitious Administrator / Receptionist to join its high tech plant.

The ideal candidate should come from an administration background and have prior experience with raising PO Numbers, Timesheets, Invoicing, Making sure contractors & suppliers get paid on time and much more.

This is brilliant opportunity for an Administrator / Receptionist who is looking for variety and the chance to work for a secure, expanding company that are well known to look after their staff.

The Role:

*Answering incoming calls & making outbound calls

*General Administration duties

*Using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)

The Person:

*Proficient in Microsoft Office

*Live in Southampton or a commutable distance

*Looking for an immediately available 1 year fixed term contract role while working on prestigious projects
