Software Developer / Engineer (C++ Java SQL Cassandra Real-time Data). Global leading, technology focussed finance firm is seeking a skilled Software Developer to design and develop data centric systems that store huge numbers of transactions. The work is interesting and highly complex; you'll be utilising C++ and Java as well as some exposure to SQL and Open Source platforms such as Cassandra.

You'll be working across the full development lifecycle, solving complex problems and collaborating to deliver world class financial products. Fantastic City based offices with free staff restaurant, a smart / casual dress code and lots of other benefits.

Requirements:

*Strong software development experience with C++ and / or Java

*Aptitude for analytical problem solving

*Experience with high volume, high availability distributed systems

*Multi-threading experience

*Familiarity with SQL, Python and JavaScript

*Collaborative with excellent communication skills
