This is an exciting opportunity for you if you are looking for a role with UK leading Microsoft Gold Partner to fast track your career from Functional Consultant to Solutions Architect. Your career will be personally tailored with Microsoft certified training to progress into a strategic position within the company to look after a huge pipeline of Dynamics CRM projects within a wide variety of industries.

What does the role involve?

* You will lead your team to work with solution developers to translate business requirements into appropriate Dynamics CRM solutions

* You will work on the full life-cycle of projects including analysing business requirements, developing implementations and end-user training

* You will keep familiar with the latest updates with Dynamics CRM to ensure that the company stays ahead of the competition

What skills and experience are required for the role?

* You will have a track record of understanding business needs, translating them into technical requirements and building Dynamics CRM solutions

* You will have experience of consulting on complex Dynamics CRM projects

* You must be comfortable working from home and travelling to client sites when required up to 4 days a week

What are the benefits included in this role?

* You will receive salaries banded between £50,000 and £100,000 depending on experience as well as a £5,000 car allowance to travel to client sites

* You can work from home and travel to client sites when required

* You will have a tailored career path from Functional Consultant to Solution Architect along with Microsoft certified training

* You will be included in a profit share and bonus scheme of up to 9% depending on team performance

* You will receive an extended benefits allowance of £1900 to spend on gadgets, travel and well-being

* You will receive a 7% pension contribution when you contribute 3.5%
