I am currently looking for a Hands on Java Architect / Technical Manager to drive the design and development of business problems into innovative technology solutions.

You will be:

* Responsible for owning the project from start to finish from delivery standpoint and work closely with project management office on timelines, progress and scheduling

* Responsible for overall architecture as well as the high level design of the project and works with distributed team and internal stakeholders to create the needed artefacts

* Deliver detailed design specifications of integrated solutions and systems, while ensuring performance, security, scalability and integrity

* Responsible for choosing the required technology stack based on the functional, non-functional requirements and based on other factors like environment and feasibility

* Responsible for managing the off-shore teams

Technically you should have the following experience:

* Software development work experience in the IT industry using Spring Framework(s) & Java/JEE technology with few years of experience in designing and architecting enterprise solutions

* Should have played a key role in the creation of logical architecture diagrams for at least two complex applications and/or systems coupled with a hands-on experience on at least 2 project execution models (Agile, Scrum, Iterative)

* Should have lead the teams in various projects from technology stand point

* Should have strong experience in design and coding medium complexity applications leveraging advanced Java 1.6

* Should have previous knowledge and experience on Messaging architectures as ESB, TIBCO, JMS etc.

* Experience and theoretical knowledge of Multi-tenanted architectures using databases as Oracle, MSSQL etc.

* Experience leading and managing off-shore teams

Highly desirable:

* Experience with developing Real time distributed systems

* Integration experience with other payment system models as banks, cards and other new payment systems
